Existing enterprise resource planning systems (ERP System) on the market can cooperate with different types of logistics process. However, the function of such systems can only handle simple operations in logistics industry process. There are a lot of restrictions when customizing the system in response to processes or orientations to fit each enterprise’s needs.
There are no system contains on the market that can provide an option for enterprise to pick different combination from the series of system mix and match with others external system via Application Programming Interface (API) base on enterprise actual needs.

OMS receives a sales order from a customer and check a stock level in an inventory for fulfilling said order.
Purchase order management system (POMS)
POMS places a purchase order automatically to a vendor for product if warehouse stock level is not sufficient for fulfilling order.
Warehouse Management System (WMS)
WMS records all warehouse activities, monitor inventory and allocate an existing inventory to order and pick packs products for shipping.
Small Parcel System
Small Parcel System receives and re-labelling small parcel from e-commerce shipper for shipping to a destination determined by customer.
Truck Management System (TMS)
TMS manages and store logistics vehicle and driver information vehicles. TMS comprises a real time GPS tracking system and can auto-schedules a driver to a suitable vehicle to send product to destination.
Track and Trace System
Track and Trace System link to warehouse management system, small parcel system and freight management system to record a delivery status of said product and allows said customer to monitor said delivery status.
Business Performance Management System (BPMS)
BPMS analyze sales and operating costs information to generate a sales forecast, perform a cost-benefit analysis and assists in budget planning.
Freight Management System (FMS)
FMS manages the freight flow and record the freight operation from e-booking to final delivery. FMS can also generate various reports and print out the quotation and invoice for financial purpose.
Clearance System
Clearance system receives a product description and auto-assigns a harmonized system code (HS code) based on the category, product description and destination country of product. Broker can use clearance system to export formatted spreadsheets which match custom standard.
Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
CRM records an order history, a search history or purchase amount of customer for marketing department spot out the target customers and customize marketing strategy to increase the sales.
